Bang bang burger is the best great sandwiches i mainly go there and get there salmon sandwich with fries.but without bacon its still good tho,great costumer service,we dont have to wait that long to get our food.i would definitely recommend bang bang

Coming from NYC I had their signature bang bang burger, and it was mouthwatering, juicy and definitely satisfied my hunger after playing sports all day.

THANK YOU SOOO MUCH! For being open during this time for take out semi normal hours! You guys have such amazing food and it makes me and my mom feel better. Also the girl at the counter was wearing gloves so thank you for that. We have been not going back to places that haven’t been.

Great burgers and dishes. The sweet potato fries are the best I've had yet. Cool atmosphere. We got our food really fast. The prices were up there but, overall, it was a great burger joint.

Very good basic cheeseburger, with some interesting choices for other burgers. The fries are excellent. They have a nice, pure potato flavor and not greasy. The bang sauce, though intended for the burger, is a good dipping sauce for the fries, so you want to ask for extra. Staff are helpful and very pleasant. The burgers, with fries, run about $10. If the burger was cooked over charcoal, I would have given it 5 stars. We will go back. I want to try their pimento burger!

I have been waiting to try this place for a long long time! You order at the front then sit down. It was Saturday lunch and very very busy. Thankfully I got a table quick but there were like 6 people at the table next to me who just kept sitting after finishing their food, even though there were people standing and waiting for a table! I thought that was really rude. Please be considerate! Anyway I had the TNT burger and it was hot and delicious!! The fries were also really good but it was too huge a helping for me! Will definitely be back!

Double Hangover BurgerDouble Seoul BurgerBang Bang Burger is legit my favorite burger place, I would say in Charlotte, but in my travels I say the world. The meat quality is great and the signature burgers are just impressive. I also like places that ask how you like your burger cooked because medium is a safe bet to have not too cooked, not too red. It may seem a bit pricey but it's easily worth it. I'm not a big fan of the fries, however, to each his own.

The food here is great, but their customer service is absolute GARBAGE! I called and ordered two burgers, just burgers, no sides and no drinks. The lady in the phone spoke so soft and with a tone that I couldn’t understand her. When I went to pick it up my total was $24! When I asked her to confirm that she responded in a terrible tone and told me that she told me that on the phone (granted I could t understand her at all!) when I got home, I realized they charged me for fries, got my order wrong, and a self included tip!! Easy to say that they will not get my service again.

You walk in the front door and head to the right. The specials board is in your right and you place your order just past that. They give you a number to place on your tablet and bring your food to the table you choose. It's seat yourself. After ordering, you grab your drink and wait. They were swamped but we only waited a few minutes. I had the Marmalade Burger. Amazing how the Marmalade plays off the arugula in this sandwich then add in the creamy Brie and this was an excellent sandwich. The fries are almost as good.You need to try this place.

The pimento burger was delicious!! They don't offer their burgers cooked rare so I was nervous but my burger came with a little pink inside and it was very juicy. The fries were great and you can tell that the side of ranch was house made...very good!!

The FICO GOAT really enjoyed the grass fed burger (yes, two days in a row) including the salad bowl with olive oil. The service from Kevin was also pleasant, professional, and prompt.

stopped off here for halal burgers during a long road trip, definitely worth it! the fries could definitely use more seasoning, but the burgers were really good and the presentation and flavors were very unique!

I am not a Charlotte local nor do I really know people who live here, so without any recommendations, my sister in law and and I stopped here on a whim - and we are SO glad that we did! I'm not much of a burger person, and since I'm a Greensboro local, we have Hop's Burger Bar to compare to, which is tough competition. Literally, ever since eating there I really don't like burgers from most places.... except Bang Bang Burgers. I got the Bang Bang Burger, which was recommended for it's popularity and I switched out the cheese for the ghost pepper cheese (def recommend). It was AMAZING. The service was great and the fries were just as amazing as the burger. After we were finished, we asked for a local bakery recommendation and the staff sent us to Amelie's which was great as well. I highly recommend Bang Bang burgers!! Between the amazing staff, great recommendations, and exceptional food, I'll be back!

Love this place, and I don’t eat beef. The quinoa black bean burger is amazing, bread is top notch, fries are delicious. We go on Tuesdays for the kids eat free deal. Two adult orders nets two free kids burgers. Can’t beat it!Publicly I have to complain about too many TVs in the dining area, but secretly I like that it distracts the kids long enough that I can have an uninterrupted conversation with my wife at dinner. ;)

Good burgers, nice and fresh ingredients we had the fried mozzarella and sun dried tomato aioli burger, with baby spinach and balsamic vinegar, really good the patties was cooked perfectly and the balsamic vinegar add a perfect balance to the burger, the mozzarella was delicious, the fries are delicious as well, fried perfect. Definitely I will comeback to try a different burger.

My daughter showed me a commercial/cooking segment on YouTube and we decided we had to go. The ad didn't do it justice! My burger was so juicy and delicious. The mushrooms & onions were sauteed perfectly and my fries were natural cut. Bang Bang Burgers is a hidden gem. You have to try them.

Bang Bang Burgers is by far the best burger joint you will try, hands down! They offer a unique menu, a cozy atmosphere to eat, and a perfect place to hangout with family/friends. The food is out of this world and I understand why they won multiple awards for best burger in the Charlotte area! Please check this burger joint out because you will not regret it. I would highly recommend trying it out if you have never been here before. The staff are easy to get along with and are very kind overall.

This is my favorite burger joint. I love tasting the burger of the week, which comes out every Friday. My all things favorite burger of the week is the Elvis burger. It's unusual and not what you would think would be remotely good but surprise it's an explosion of flavor and great flavor. Muenster cheese, tempura fried banana, bacon, banana peppers, and a peanut butter sauce. Doesn't sound appetizing but it so amazing!!! All their other menu items are phenomenal too.
